Shutdown & handoverLock out; isolate heating and compressed air.
System surveyMeasure airflow/pressure, temperature & humidity; locate and record leakage.
Hood strip-downOpen hoods / nozzle boxes; remove dust and scale inside.
Exchanger cleaningHigh-pressure / steam cleaning of fins and tube bundles.
Corrosion checkUT thickness on wet-side tube bundles; replace corroded tubes.
Leakage repairReplace duct flange seals; weld-repair leaks.
Fan serviceClean impellers and re-balance; replace bearings and re-lubricate.
Dampers & filtersVerify damper travel; replace filter cartridges.
ReassemblyRefit hood seals; balance branch airflows.
Trial runStart fans and heat up; verify temperature/humidity and heat-recovery efficiency.
