What to send us

The more data you share, the sharper our first answer.

  • Field service: machine model & speed, failure photos, position and symptoms
  • Spare parts: drawing number, sample, or old part for survey; material & acceptance standard if defined
  • Roll repair: roll type, dimensions, duty (speed, line load, medium), current problem
  • Carbon-fiber rolls: face length, diameter, span, load cases, and your pain point (deflection / vibration / weight / energy)
Response commitment: quotation within 48–72 h of inquiry · first technical assessment within 3 working days of receiving data · CFRP roll concept & predicted deflection within one week.
