The site is operated by a China-based team; where European or other data-protection law applies to you, the rights below apply.
Inquiry data. When you contact us by form, email or WhatsApp, or send machine data, drawings or photos for a quote, we collect what you submit — your name, company, country, email, phone and the content of your message or attachments. Technical & usage data. IP address, approximate geolocation (country/city), browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source and visit duration, processed via Cloudflare Web Analytics and a one-time ipapi.co geolocation lookup. Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for language preference and security, plus analytics cookies via Cloudflare; no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and take pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We process technical and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)), and on consent where local law requires it for analytics (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to operate the site and serve you: Cloudflare (analytics, CDN, security), ipapi.co (IP geolocation), WhatsApp / Meta (if you message us), and our email & hosting providers. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in China and in the jurisdictions of our processors (including the EU and United States). Where transfers originate from the EEA/UK, we rely on the processors' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to evaluate and service your request, then for a reasonable period to maintain business records and meet legal obligations (typically 3–5 years for commercial correspondence). Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be kept longer. We delete data sooner on request where required.
Where applicable (for example under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser or by blocking the Cloudflare beacon. Disabling analytics does not affect your ability to browse or contact us. For the IP-based language lookup, we store only the derived language preference (not the raw IP) in your browser.
This is a business-to-business resource and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
