Slitting sectionReplace slitter blades; calibrate knife positions; check knife-table roll runout.
Reel drumCheck drum roundness and covering; re-cover if wear exceeds limit.
Rider rollCheck loading cylinders and oscillating joints; grind or replace roll surface.
Core handlingService core chucks / locking claws and splicer; maintain glue and cutting units.
Hydraulics & electricsFlush valve blocks and renew seals; verify cabinet wiring and sensor fixings.
