2 · Maintenance Process
Lock outIsolate power, depressurize; confirm fabric stationary.
Inch to service positionJog the shower beam to the service position on the service pendant; keep energy chain as straight as possible.
Replace HP hosePull-through with old-to-new hose coupling — never force; pressure-test and confirm no rubbing. Allow ≈ 3% shortening under pressure.
Chain / energy chainTension roller chain (opposite motor side); run energy chain full travel and check side plates.
Travel wheels / bearingsCheck wheels for uniform rotation; toggle-check guide-pulley bearings and gear teeth.
Coupling torqueVerify gear-motor torque coupling. 60–70 N·m
Nozzle replacementRelease locking plate, unscrew old nozzle; lubricate new O-rings, screw in, re-lock.
Oil change / lubricationChange worm-gear oil; adjust oil-mist lubrication; clean silencers.
Seal renewalReplace end seals / piston seal assemblies.
Calibrate & trialCalibrate tension sensors; run travel / cleaning programs.
